Double Room Available in Kimmage

A double room in a family home. I have three boys 13, 15 and 17 and myself, their mum. 

Male or female is fine. Prefer a mature student but am open minded about that.

Available now. Not rented before and it’s a family home, it is available September to end December so for four months.  

Four minutes from the 9 bus stop. The bus takes you to Griffith in approx 8 to 12 minutes depending on traffic. It is 30 minutes walk to Griffith College.
